Yes. Your website and domain are set up in your name and belong to you — free hosting for the first year, and no lock-in. You can move it anytime.
How much does it cost, and how do you charge?+
Prices are public and fixed, with no hidden fees. A brand website is RM1,500 once, with as many pages as your material supports. An online shop is RM3,999 once. Optional yearly care from year two. Want more customers? Add an optional monthly plan (SEO or Google Ads management). See the pricing page for details.
How do I pay?+
You see a free first draft first, at no cost. Say yes and you pay half to start, then the other half after you confirm the finished site. If the first design isn't right, your first payment comes back in full.
What does the monthly fee cover, and can I cancel?+
Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management, content and updates, monitoring, and a clear monthly report — the work that keeps you found and growing. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. No lock-in.
Can I edit the website myself later?+
Yes. You get a private editor link to change text and swap photos right on your own site and hit publish — no waiting on us, no code. Structural changes like a new section or layout are included 4 times a year with yearly care.
Who writes the content and provides images?+
We do — design, copy, and AI-generated visuals where something is missing. You just share the basics (logo, a few photos, key details) through a short form.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. We handle everything — design, build, SEO, and maintenance. You focus on running your business.
How long until my site is live?+
Most sites go live in about two weeks after our discovery call — depending on how quickly you get us your assets and feedback.
How long until I see SEO results, and can you guarantee rankings?+
